I have been lucky in previous year to collect baubels during my travels.
Also on my tree I have baubles I have decorated with decoupage. Basically I have taken baubles and used pva glue to paste colurful paper on the baubles then sealed the papoer with another label of pva on top. Layering the paper over each other and with the glue can create intresting affects where the soggy paper overlaps.
