I’m currently signed off sick due to anxiety issues. I have read a couple of helpful books and tried to practice self care.

Bullet journal

I copied some questions from Lucy Locket book and wrote answers in such as what feel passionate about, in order to help me find myself.

The last week I was off when felt stronger, write down at least one task or plan like going to yoga to do each day, then ticked off each day. On another page wrote list of achievements.
