Questions and Answers:

Never do this.5 β ACCIDENTALLY SPILLED ON A BOOK πΏ
I think perhaps it was this year, I had an incident trying to curl up on sofa with book and hot chocolate π¦6 β DNFβD A BOOK THIS YEAR: πΏ
Yes. Not sure I can say properly read Dracula π§ββοΈ as was skim reading a lot. There may be one other, that I can not even remember.
7 β BOUGHT A BOOK PURELY BECAUSE IT WAS PRETTY WITH NO INTENTION OF READING IT: π§ββοΈ

9 β SKIM READ A BOOK: πΏYes. For example Dracula.
10 β COMPLETELY MISSED YOUR GOODREADS GOAL: π§ββοΈ
No. Don’t have goodreads and don’t set reading targets. I read most days for fun, and don’t want targets. Don’t think I really need to read faster and therefore buy more books.
11 β BORROWED A BOOK FROM THE LIBRARY AND NOT RETURNED IT: π§ββοΈ
No.
12 β BROKE A BOOK BUYING BAN: π§ββοΈ
No, but then never really banned myself.13 β STARTED A REVIEW, LEFT IT FOR AGES, THEN FORGOT WHAT THE BOOK WAS ABOUT: πΏ
Maybe, don’t review every book read and sometimes soon forget about them.
14 β WROTE IN A BOOK YOU WERE READING: πΏ
I tried my hand at some black out poetry this year. I’m seeing it as another way of engaging with the book.
15 β FINISHED A BOOK AND NOT ADDED IT TO YOUR GOODREADS: π§ββοΈ
As above not got goodreads.
16 β BORROWED A BOOK AND NOT RETURNED IT TO A FRIEND:Never.
17 β DODGED SOMEONE ASKING IF THEY CAN BORROW A BOOK: π§ββοΈ
No, but then don’t get asked very often. There is someone who lost my copy of First day (I bought a second hand copy this year as a replacement), so they are never borrowing a book again. However, most books can be replaced so I’m not too precious. I’ve even let someone read Lullaby which I had signed last week; it will be good to talk about what they think when they finish! In conclusion I’m in favour of book swaps.
18 β BROKE THE SPINE OF SOMEONE ELSEβS BOOK: π§ββοΈ
Not that know.
19 β TOOK THE JACKET OFF A BOOK AND ENDED UP MAKING IT MORE DAMAGED: π§ββοΈ
No
20 β SAT ON A BOOK ACCIDENTALLY
Don’t think so. π§ββοΈThe final reckoning:
I’m fairy worthy of sitting proud a top any Christmas tree.
Fairy π§ββοΈ : 13
Devil πΏ: 7
