Song Lyric Sunday Theme for 11/18/18: Listening

This week’s prompt is LISTENING. Listening could be described as feeling noise, so that is the song I have chosen. Nothing wrong with the Slade version but, of course I have listened to Oasis version more. Liam attempting Brum accent at the beginning is funny. It was a B side to Don’t look back in anger, in checking that fact I have found that Oasis got to perform both Don’t look back in anger and Cum on feel noize in one episode of Top of the Pops and this was only the second time anyone had performed two songs during one episode.

This Thing Called Life One Word at a Time

Today really got away from me. I was sitting here relaxing and crocheting when I suddenly remembered that it was Saturday and I hadn’t posted the theme yet. I meant to do it before I left for a party today, but I ran out of time. I do apologize for the lateness of it, but at least I remembered, right?

I’m going to keep this short and just get right to it. Let’s put on our thinking caps, break out our playlists and get to work!  Our theme for Song Lyric Sunday this week is listen.
