A Woman’s Work by Harriet Harman

In this post, it talks about how the progress since the time of Harriet’s Mother. The beginning of the book describes her Mother as rather a pioneer for women in the legal world albeit she gave up her career upon marriage and children. She did inspire Harriet that Harriet would not give up her career in the same way. In the book and this post, it talks about Harriet’s fears her children would suffer due to her career despite the support of her husband in caring for their children.
