The book is enjoyable to read with it’s glossy pages, lots of pictures and Nigella has written some personal blurb about each recipe.
I have made sweetcorn chowder a couple of times. It is a good weekend lunch. It is made using frozen sweetcorn so I can usually make using what have in stock without a special shopping trip.
I made this one Mother’s Day. Everyone seemed to enjoy.
The book was a birthday present from my Uncle.
