I have seen this tag (?) in various locations around Sheffield. But, I do not know what it means, so apologies if I have posted something offensive.
Anyone know what it means?
Is it only in Sheffield or has anyone seen it elsewhere?
It is even out towards Bradfield this is at the end of Dam Flask looking in the direction of Sheffield.
It has been suggested it is Norfolk park gang but why is it all over Sheffield?

The Norfolk Park suggestion was made by some ignorant graffiti hating old codger on the Sheffield forum- a notorious haven for brainless scumbags.

NOP does seem to be mostly a Sheffield phenomenon, but I have seen one as far afield as Shepley, West Yorkshire (a village between Penistone and Huddersfield, 45 minutes from Sheff on the train)
some NOPs are in places that are really hard to get to; I can only assume they have Sheffield’s equivalent of Spider-Man within their ranks
the biggest, most prominent NOP I’ve seen is on top of the Weston Tower on West Bar – it’s at least ten storeys up and the letters are a good 5-6 feet high
